Getting To Know You
Kristen Marie Ernst is a 30 year veteran of the entertainment industry. Her career in the arts began as a child actress in Los Angeles.
Passionate for the stage, she performed professionally for many years as a musical theater artist until she spread her wings again as a choreographer and casting associate. In 2014, Kristen embarked on an incredible journey as an Artist Manager at Uzan International Artists (UIA).
Several of Kristen’s top accomplishments as an Artist Manager include clients on the Broadway and National touring Productions of the Phantom of the Opera, Love Never Dies, Rocktopia and Waitress as well as regional theaters and Off-Broadway productions. Many clients are also working on camera in feature films, episodics, commercials, industrials, and voice overs.
In addition to managing full roster clients, in 2015, Kristen spearheaded the company's subsidiary company, UIA Presents which focused on booking artists, acts, bands, and groups at symphonies, performing arts centers, theaters, festivals, parks, etc. She also co-created their Broadway In Concert series, who's first packaged concert, My Fair Lady in concert, had great success with North Carolina Symphony, Milwaukee Symphony, and Utah Symphony and The Music Man in concert which premiered with Pacific Symphony last season to thunderous acclaim!
Kristen has developed strong connections with symphonies and has been asked to co-produce several repertoire concerts for the POPS series, including Live From Broadway for the Phoenix Symphony, which premiered in the Spring of 2018 and will head to several PACs in 2019/2020.
Victor M. Ernst brings decades of work in the entertainment, teaching, and financial field to KMEntertainment. With a focus on Vocal and Drama, Victor taught at the Middle and High School levels. At Burbank High School in California, he joined forces with major studios to bring professional experiences to his students, in both performing and technical facets. His casting, directing and artistic experience brings a watchful eye to the entertainment booking arena.
Victor spent over 10 years in regional musical theater as a member of the Actors' Equity Association. His chorus, supporting, and lead roles also contribute to his current position as KME's West Coast Booking Manager. With over a decade of experience as a Financial Advisor, Victor worked with his clients to help them understand and make the most of business opportunities, proper investment strategy, and insurance products.
These essential qualifications pave the way for KMEntertainment’s victory in realizing our mission of creating and encouraging the growth of live entertainment opportunities while cultivating an alliance of artists and art supporters to improve the landscape of the marketplace.
Victor believes in cultivating the success of each act and client by capitalizing on their unique talents, circumstance, and personality. He looks forward to handling all KMEnertainment’s West Coast booking needs.
While living abroad in Naples, Italy, Rebecca wrote a regular column for and was an active contributor for the Panorama Newspaper. Rubbing shoulders with everyone from best-selling authors, to four-star admirals, Rebecca utilized the opportunities to advance her organizations, interviewing them on live radio shows or for printed stories. Europe was a blast, but there is truly no place like home, and Rebecca was happy to come home to California where she was born and raised. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English with an Emphasis in Professional Writing, graduating Suma Cum Laude. Currently, she is applying to USC’s Master of Communication Management program.
From a young age, Rebecca has practiced being a team player. A twin by birth, and with the heart of a true servant, she truly desires her people to succeed! Intuitive, approachable, and determined, she will make sure KME’s people have what they need to put on a great show!
Rebecca Hernandez is KMEntertainment’s Administrative Manager. A true “Jackie-of-all-trades”, Rebecca is a published writer in both print and digital mediums, musician, media-wiz and graphic artist. She aspires to become the next “Digital Media Guru”, ever improving her skills and actively seeking to advance her understanding of the media at large.
